1935-1969 yılları arasındaki Erzincan milletvekilleri ve meclis faaliyetleri

Bu çalışma, 1935–1969 yılları arasında gerçekleştirilen genel seçimler sonucunda Erzincan’dan Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi’ne seçilen milletvekillerini ve bu milletvekillerinin yasama faaliyetlerini incelemektedir. Araştırmanın temel amacı, söz konusu dönemde Erzincan’ın siyasi temsil yapısını ortaya koymak, milletvekillerinin Meclis içerisindeki faaliyetlerini değerlendirmek ve yerel sorunların ulusal siyaset alanına nasıl yansıdığını analiz etmektir. Araştırmanın temel kaynaklarını Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi Zabıt Cerideleri, arşiv belgeleri, döneme ait gazete ve süreli yayınlar ile konuya ilişkin akademik çalışmalar oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler betimsel ve içerik analizi yöntemleriyle değerlendirilmiş; milletvekillerinin Meclis konuşmaları, kanun teklifleri, soru önergeleri, komisyon çalışmaları ve farklı politika alanlarına yönelik faaliyetleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, 1935–1969 yılları arasında Erzincan’ı temsil eden milletvekillerinin siyasi faaliyetlerinin dönemin siyasal şartlarıyla doğrudan ilişkili olduğu görülmüştür. 1935 seçimlerinde tek parti yönetiminin etkisi belirgin iken, 1950 sonrası çok partili hayatın başlamasıyla birlikte siyasi rekabetin arttığı ve milletvekillerinin temsil anlayışında değişimler yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir.

This study examines the members of the Turkish Grand National Assembly elected from Erzincan in the general elections held between 1935 and 1969, and their legislative activities. The main objective of the research is to reveal the political representation structure of Erzincan during this period, to evaluate the activities of the members of parliament within the Assembly, and to analyze how local issues were reflected in the national political arena. The primary sources of the research consist of the minutes of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, archival documents, newspapers and periodicals from the period, and academic studies on the subject. The data obtained were evaluated using descriptive and content analysis methods; the speeches of the members of parliament, their draft laws, parliamentary questions, committee work, and activities in different policy areas were examined. As a result of the research, it was observed that the political activities of the members of parliament representing Erzincan between 1935 and 1969 were directly related to the political conditions of the period. While the influence of single-party rule was evident in the 1935 elections, it has been observed that with the beginning of multi-party life after 1950, political competition increased and changes occurred in the understanding of representation among members of parliament.
