The data were collected using a questionnaire questioning the socio-demographic characteristics of the individuals and the drugs they use. Percentage and chi-square tests were used in the statistical analysis of the data. Results: 45.7% of the participants were in the age group of 41 and over (mean= 35.6±10.2), 75.7% were married, 43.0% were high school graduate, 32.0% had two children, 60.8% do not work, 57.6 had not chronic illness and 42.1% of them were used to use of the group of analgesic drugs. It was found that there was a statistically significant difference between the presence of chronic disease and the accumulation of drugs at home (p<0.05). Conclusion: It was found that the participants used the most analgesic drug group, used the drug that was good for others, recommended drugs to the people around them, and generally used non-prescription drugs. It is seen that there is no awareness of drug use and that health institutions are used.
