Özet

Although the importance of family, children or youth is emphasized at every opportunity,\rit is not easy to come across many studies on these issues written in a legal framework. The number of authors who examine the rights and legal regulations in these areas or\ranalyze them at the constitutional level is low. However, it is clear that, as in all these\rissues, the rights of young people, which are the subject of this study, should be recognized\rby national positive legal systems and for this purpose, constitutional guarantees that will\rprovide the highest level of protection should be adopted in the domestic legal systems of\rthe countries. In this research, almost all of the world's constitutions have been examined\rand it has been tried to determine which constitutions contain articles for young people.\rAlso, within the framework of the findings obtained from the constitutions examined by\rusing various techniques and making some classifications, an evaluation was made in\rterms of the current situation in our country and various suggestions were mentioned in a\rway to contribute to the process of putting forward a new constitution in Turkey.
