Notification Obligation of The Defect According to The Turkish Code of Obligations and CISG

Özet
In case of a defective good which is a subject of sales contract; the rule, that provides some legal rights for the buyer on condition that obligation to notify is performed, is stated in both the Turkish Code of Obligations and CISG. Besides, in the event of not performance of this notification obligation, it is pointed out that the buyer loses these legal rights.importance in the International Sales Contract and, it is taken in consideration if buyers obey the period of notice or not, for the claims of buyers against the sellers because of the defective good delivery in international sales.
