Özet

The narratives of the famous saints in the Islamic world are one of the important materials of classical literature. In the Christian world, when we look at the miraculous lives of the well-known saints, we can see that many of them have been told. The life stories of saints, one of the important sources of classical Turkish literature, various works describing the lives of saints, illustrate the lives of these saints. The reason for this is to make a religious statement. Seeing similar miracles in the saints’ lives suggests the claim that these can come from the same source. In order to gather the followers or members, to keep them from loyalty to the leader of their faith and to keep them motivated or to increase their motivation, it seems that the narratives, which are frequently cited, benefit from a common source of the Prophet’s stories. At this point, it was found that Muslim and Christian saints had some similar virtues. Similar miracles have been classified. Similar events from the beginning of the related names are presented to the attention of the same subtitle. The fact that the narratives of Islam and Christian saints have such a similarity constitutes the starting point of this study.
