Laemostenus (Pristonychus) violeta Fidan & Elverici, sp. nov., from T & uuml;rkiye is described and illustrated. The new species belongs to the terricola species group of the subgenus Pristonychus. It is readily distinguished from congeners by the unique structure of the aedeagus (slender median lobe and distinct apical shape) and the vivid violaceous sheen of the elytra. The species was found in extremely high abundance in the guano-rich dark zone of Singildakli in (Hamambogazi) Cave, Central Anatolia, and was absent from a nearby guano-free cave. Its ecology indicates a guanophilic and troglophilic lifestyle, and it is currently known only from the type locality, suggesting a localized cave endemicity within the group.

This study examined pachylaelapid mites collected between 2023 and 2024 from the Karasu Valley, Erzincan (Türkiye). Eleven species were identified in the study area. Among them, Onchodellus anatolicus sp. nov. and Pachyseius biscleritus sp. nov. are described as new species. Additionally, the male of Pachylaelaps (Pachylaelaps) armiger is identified for the first time, and a supplementary description of Pachylaelaps (Pachylaelaps) evansi is provided.

This study reviews some species of mites in the family Pachylaelapidae from Türkiye. Onchodellus marginatus sp. nov. and Pachylaelaps (Longipachylaelaps) vermiger sp. nov. are described as new species. Olopachys (Olopachys) caucasicus Koroleva, 1976, and Pachylaelaps (Pachylaelaps) imitans Berlese, 1920 are re-described on the basis of newly-collected specimens.

This study reports on a collection of mites of the genus Onchodellus from different cities in Türkiye (Adana, Gümüshane, Giresun, Tokat). Four species were identified in the genus - Onchodellus acrophilus sp. nov. O. circularis sp. nov. and O. kosensis sp. nov. are described as new, and O. karawaiewi (Berlese, 1920) is a new record from Türkiye.

The females of Zodarion samos Bosmans, 2009 and Zodarion varoli Akpınar, 2016 are described for the first time. Z. samos Bosmans, 2009 is further a new record to the Turkish araneofauna. Characteristic features and photographs of both species are presented, and known localities in Turkey are provided. Previous records of Zodarion rubidum Simon, 1914, and Zodarion ruffoi Caporiacco, 1951 from Turkey are based on misidentifications and shall be omitted from the national species list.

Laboratory rearing of two mite species, Erythraeus (Zaracarus) budapestensis Fain & Ripka, 1998 collected in Turkey and E. (Z.) rupestris (Linnaeus, 1758) sampled in Germany, allowed establishing the correspondence of their larval and postlarval instars. Erythraeus (Z.) iranicus Saboori & Akrami, 2001 syn. nov. is considered a new subjective junior synonym of E. (Z.) budapestensis. Erythraeus (Z.) eleonorae Haitlinger, 1987 syn. nov. and E. (Z.) didonae Haitlinger, 2000 syn. nov. are synonymized with E. (Z.) rupestris. Data on the life history, parasitic associations and habitats are provided, and the status of currently recognized subgenera of Erythraeus is discussed.

This paper reports on three interesting species of the mite family Pachylaelapidae from Turkey (Acari: Mesostigmata). A new subgenus Longipachys Mašán & Ӧzbek, subgen. nov., with type species Pachylaelaps (Longipachylaelaps) anatolicus Ӧzbek, is erected in the genus Pachylaelaps Berlese. The description of P. anatolicus is extended to include females and males found in leaf litter in various habitats. A new species Pachylaelaps (Pachylaelaps) armiger sp. nov. is described, and compared with related species that have a polydentate chelicera. Pachylaelaps (Pachylaelaps) evansi Costa, 1971, a species previously reported from Israel, is recorded in Turkey for the first time.

This paper reports on mites of the family Pachylaelapidae collected in Bayburt Province, Turkey, during 2013–2015. Nine species were recorded in the genera Pachyseius, Olopachys, Pachylaelaps, and Onchodellus. Pachylaelaps (Longipachylaelaps) bayburtensis sp. nov., Onchodellus turcicus sp. nov. and O. montanus sp. nov. are described to new, and Pachylaelaps (Longipachylaelaps) vicarus is a new record for the Turkish mite fauna. New records extend the geographic range of Pachyseius masani, Olopachys hallidayi, and O. elongatus in Turkey.

This study reviews the family Macrochelidae in Turkey, with new information about species diversity. Nothrholaspis scutivagus sp. Nov., Macrocheles niksarensis sp. Nov. and Holostaspella bidentata sp. Nov. are described as new species from Turkey. Nothrholaspis scutivagus has a characteristic dorsal shield chaetotaxy, and post-genital platelets that are sometimes fused to the ventri-anal shield. Macrocheles niksarensis has 29 pairs of pilose dorsal shield setae and a machete-like cheliceral dorsal seta. The genus Holostaspella is recorded from Turkey for the first time, on the basis of H. bidentata. Macrocheles peniculatus and M. insignitus are reported from Turkey for the first time. Also, Macrholaspis recki and M. Evansi are presented here with some notes on the Turkish specimens.

Five new species of Stigmaeidae (Acariformes: Raphignathoidea) from Hars&cedilit Valley and Örömcek Forests (Turkey) are described: Stigmaeus communis sp. nov., S. fimus sp. nov., S. harsitensis sp. nov., S. longiclipeatus sp. nov., and S. pseu-doparmatus sp. nov.
