Tahminlerin finansal piyasalara uygulanmasına ilişkin kullanılan yöntemlerdenbulanık mantık ve yapay sinir ağları üzerine son yıllarda artan bilimsel çalışmalarvardır. Bu çalışmada 2012-2016 yıllarına ait verilerle gelişmekte olan ülkeler Çin(Shangai), Hindistan (Nifty 50), Meksika (IPC-Meksika) ve İstanbul (BİST-100) ilegelişmiş ülkeler ABD (Nasdaq), İngiltere (FTSE-100), Almanya (DAX) ve Fransa(CAC-40) ele alınmıştır. Haftalık kapanış hisse senedi değerleri kullanılarak ikietkin modelin tahminde gösterdikleri performansları karşılaştırılmayaçalışılmıştır. Zaman serisi değerleri model oluşturma aşamasında %60 eğitim, %40test olarak iki gruba ayrılmıştır. Sonuç olarak modellerin istatistiksel ve finansalperformanslarını gösteren bazı kanıtlar elde edilerek birçok çalışmada belirtilenhisse senedi getirilerini tahmin etmek için çeşitli yapay zeka modellerini başarıylauygulamanın umut verici sonuçlar verdiği gerçeğine ulaşılmıştır.

Face to face in-class learning and distance learning have their own unique advantages and disadvantages. Blended learning is based on the use of advantageous aspects of both learning environments. This research aims to determine the advantages and student habits of blended learning in science instruction.. Students enrolled in the third grade and enrolled in the Science Education course is the research sample. The study was carried out with students studying in preschool teacher education at the university level. 33 students who participated in the blended learning application within the scope of Science Education course participated in the prepared questionnaire. The questionnaire used as a data collection tool consists of two main parts. The first part aims to determine the advantages of blended learning (attendance, motivation, learning, preparation for exams)) and the second part aims to determine student habits in distance education practices (4 items). As a result of the descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that the blended learning has medium and above advantages for students. It was also found that students spend an average of 60 minutes per day working on the internet.

One of the controversial issues has been testimony by Islamic teaching and modern law. Testimony has remained on the agenda as a matter of fact going beyond time and place since the creation of universe. One of the means of evidence is the concern of testimony. According to the conditions of witnessing, rights of individuals and society are attempted to be conceived with sometimes four, generally two or rarely one witness. Main purpose of witnessing is to reveal the truth in terms of rights and realizing the Justice. Matter of testimony in Islamic Law and the Modern Law has always been discussed and those ongoing discussions are still alive. In this study we will try to illuminate the common or opposite approaches of Islamic law and the modern law over the matter of testimony and we will try to determine their general views and attitudes on this subject. In this context we will have a brief comparison between the views of human judgment system and Islamic judgment system handling the situation of women and men in terms of testimony, principals of the criteria in trials and their similarities and differences.
