This article aims to reveal why the crisis of child sexual abuse perpetrated by clergy within the Roman Catholic Church remains an unresolved structural problem, examining its historical and institutional dimensions. Throughout the Church's history, sexual abuse has long been framed as individual sin, moral decay, or infidelity to a vow of celibacy. This approach has delayed public justice for abusers and led to the systematic invisibility of victims. In particular, the principle of secrecy, hierarchical closure, and concerns about institutional reputation have caused abuse cases to remain within internal disciplinary mechanisms for many years. Documents uncovered by the Boston Globe's Spotlight team in the early 21st century demonstrated that abuse was not an isolated or local anomaly; rather, it was a global crisis linked to the Church's hierarchical structure, culture of secrecy, and institutional reflexes. These revelations profoundly questioned the moral authority and social legitimacy of the Catholic Church, bringing the discussion of sexual abuse back to the forefront in a holistic manner across theological, legal, and institutional levels. This study examines how the Church's historically adopted culture of secrecy, hierarchical closure, and prioritization of institutional reputation have systematically hindered the development of victim-centered crisis management. The research relies on document analysis techniques within a qualitative methodology. In this context, papal letters and speeches, canonical legal texts, council decisions, independent investigative reports, and academic literature have been critically examined. The study primarily analyzes the structural and institutional factors that perpetuate abuse and examines the Church hierarchy's responses to crises within a historical context. Furthermore, by examining the transformation in papal discourse from the twentieth century onwards, it reveals that abuse evolved from a theological framework of sin to a victim-centered and legal concept of crime. The study's findings demonstrate that the Roman Catholic Church's response to the sexual abuse crisis evolved over time from a discourse of moral condemnation and individual sin to a more institutional and legal framework. This transformation was largely shaped by external dynamics such as media pressure, victim organizing, and state investigations, rather than by an internal institutional accounting within the Church. However, institutional secrecy practices, differences in implementation among local churches, and reluctance towards civic oversight mechanisms remain major factors limiting the evolution of these reforms into a structural transformation and the restoration of social trust. In conclusion, the study reveals that the sexual abuse crisis in the Catholic Church is not a historically closed issue but an ongoing test of the Church's moral authority and institutional legitimacy. It emphasizes that genuine healing is only possible through the simultaneous implementation of transparency, accountability, and victim-centered church practices.

The author in this article highlights the issue of whether al-djarh wa't-ta`clil is preferable to another. According to him, a hadith imam should be aware of which al-djarh wa't-ta`clil terms he should choose while the criticism of the narrators takes place. Otherwhise, as it is possible to see in examples, many hadith scholars are mistaken on this issue. Ibn al- Subki, in his ridjal books chooses examples and criticizes his teacher al-Dhahabi in this work. He also gives other examples of mubaddithin. He emphasizes that the scholars of the same generation may show signs of jealousy. Sometimes the people are making such mistakes, too. According to him, to prevent the mistakes made in these subjects, true scholars must have the right knowledge of the past al-djarh wa't-ta`clil scholars who have proven themselves in the past and therefore do not have suspicions about them. Decency must be in mind while criticism of the narrator is made. Without a proper source, the arguments between scholars should not be considered.

There is a close and a complex relationship between religion and politics which are of the most effective factors in directing social life. There have been different approaches about how this relationship should be through the historical process The article has noted the approach proposed by Seyyed Hossein Nasr, one of the most eminent Muslim philosophers of the recent time, for religion-politics relationship on the basis of the Traditionalism is noteworthy. He believed that the change in religion-politics relationship brought about by modernism which is the most effective paradigm of the age could not provide the expected contribution in terms of humanity and the world. Therefore, according to him, it is clear that there is a need for a search of bias-free ideas for the reconsideration of this relationship on more realistic and sound grounds. In this article, it is pointed out that Nasr, while subjecting the Western thought to a critical analysis on one side, emphasizes the problematic areas of the theories of some modern Muslim philosophers about this relation on the other. Furthermore, it is determined some problematic sides in his views about critics of modernism and democracy and in his some approaches about freedom and uncertainty in the content of tradition.

One of the most important issues in the Qur'an and hadiths is not to betray. Everything, material and spiritual which is given to be reclaimed to human being by both God and people, is valued in the sense of trust. Man's diminishing and consuming anything left to him as a trust, not keeping his promises, acquiring on public property unfairly, and not fulfilling the religious orders are considered as all treasons. While recommending all of these treasons not to be done, it is also recommended not to betray to those who betray in Islam. The Holy Prophet also didn't betray anything left to Him as a trust, and He also didn't betray to the others. He also recommended to the whole of humanity not to betray. In this article, it is tried to investigate What treason is, what its dimensions and socio-cultural maleficences are in the light of hadiths.

Ibrahim b. Ali al-Harrani b. Halil is one of the dogmatic improvisers who found fame as A. Basal the poet . He was extremely poor to such an extent that he could not make a daily living and he used poetry as a means of livelihood. He also survived with the help of other people. Though some information exists about A. Basal's poems and life, these resources are limited. For example, some information can be found in reference books and literary anthologies. These resources have lead scholars to conclude that A'yin Basal el-Harrani's unique style is regarded as one of the most beautiful examples of poetry written by an illiterate person. According to references, A'yin Basal el-Harrani's poems were composed in various meters, either in the form of odes or couplets. Albeit all of A'yin Basal's poems haven't been recorded, those that have survived give enough information about him and his poetry to create a platform for discussion and further review.

Joseph's story is situated in the Genesis, a part of the Bible, and also in the Qur'an. We have discussed this story in the Qur'an dividing into seven chapters and compared with the story of the Bible. We have seen that the Qur'anic story has differences from the story of the Bible because of three different points. These are some phenomenons of the story, phrase and admonitions. These differences abolish the thesis that the Qur'anic stories were quated from Bible. Some narratives about this Qur'anic story have been seen in tefsir books (the Qur'anic exeges). Some narratives are extremly inconsisting with the qur'an. Because of this reason the commentators of qur'an severely critized these narratives and announced that they were made up by Hasviyye group. Some of the narratives not inconsisting with Quran are problematic in view of truthfulness. The effect of the Bible on these narratives about this story of the qur'an have been partially percevied.

The Indian exegete and thinker Abdullah Yusuf Ali (d. 1957) is the writer of the English translation of and commentary on the Qur'an named The Glorious Qur'an; Translation and Commentary. Though Abdullah Yusuf Ali's principle goal in composing this work was to explain the meanings of the Qur'anic verses, he also intended to counteract the harmful impacts of the Orientalist scholarship in the field of Qur'anic studies. This commentary is tersely written considering the needs of the 20th century man. I think that the most interesting characteristic of this work is the way the author interprets the Qur'anic tales, as seen in the tale of Zul-Qarnain.
