Ardahan masallarının Türkçe dersi öğretim programı bağlamında değerler eğitimi üzerinde etkisi

Dünyanın hızla gelişip değişmesinin kültürel değerlerin azalmasında kötü bir etkisi vardır denebilir. Kültürel değerleri yaşatma konusunda birçok araştırma yapılmakla birlikte folklorik çalışmaların da önemi artmaktadır. Bu çalışmalar folklorun içerisinde bulunan edebiyat metinlerini de kapsamaktadır. Kültürün yansıtıcısı olan öğelerden biri de Halk Edebiyatı içerisinde yer alan metinlerdir. Bu metinler arasında ise masallar büyük önem taşır. Buna bağlı olarak bu araştırma da Ardahan yöresinde derlenmiş 40 masalı, 2019 Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programında yer alan “on kök değer” açısından incelemeyi hedeflenmektedir. Böylece on kök değerin Türk kültürünü, bölgesel düzeyde ne derece yansıttığının ve Ardahan yöresine ait masalların değerler eğitimi açısından niteliğinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın evreni Ardahan masallarıyken; örneklemi Ardahan yöresinde derlenen 40 masaldan oluşmaktadır. Ardahan yöresinde derlenmiş masallar, Talim Terbiye Kurulu Başkanlığının hazırladığı Müfredatta Yenileme ve Değişiklik Çalışmalarımız Üzerine... adlı rapordaki “Değerler ve Değerlere İlişkin Bazı Tutum ve Davranışlar” adlı tabloda bulunan tutum ve davranışlar esas alınarak değerler tespit edilmiş, tespit edilen değerler doğrudan alıntı yöntemiyle gösterilmiş, bu tespitlerden sıklık tablosu oluşturulmuştur. Ardından masalların sayfa sayısı ve masallarda bulunan değer sayısı esas alınarak yoğunluk tablosu oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda 40 masalda toplam 296 değere rastlanmıştır. En çok rastlanan değer yardımseverlik f (72) değeridir. Masaların içeriği ve değer sayısı ele alınarak Türkçe dersi Müfredatında kullanılabilir sonucuna varılmıştır.

It can be argued that the rapid development and transformation of the world have had a detrimental effect on the preservation of cultural values. While extensive research is being conducted on sustaining cultural values, the importance of folkloric studies is also growing; these studies encompass the literary texts found within folklore. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze 40 folktales collected from the Ardahan region in terms of the "ten core values" outlined in the 2019 Turkish Language Course Curriculum. The objective is to determine the extent to which these ten core values reflect Turkish culture at a regional level and to assess the quality of Ardahan folktales regarding values education. While the universe of the study consists of Ardahan folktales, the sample comprises 40 folktales collected from the region. The values within these tales were identified based on the attitudes and behaviors listed in the "Values and Certain Attitudes and Behaviors Related to Values" table found in the report titled *On Our Curriculum Renewal and Modification Efforts*, prepared by the Board of Education and Discipline; these identified values were presented via direct quotations, and a frequency table was subsequently created. Following this, an intensity table was generated based on the page count of the tales and the number of values present in them. The study revealed a total of 296 instances of values across the 40 folktales. The most frequently encountered value was helpfulness (f=72). Based on an analysis of the content and the number of values found in the tales, it was concluded that they are suitable for use in the Turkish language course curriculum.
