Son devir Harput (Elazığ) ve Dersim (Tunceli) uleması

Günümüzde bilginin gücüne dayanan toplumların yaşadığı sayısız avantaj yeni gelişmekte olan ve geri kaldığını fark eden toplumları da hızlı bir şekilde bu alanla ilgilenmeye zorlamaktadır. Söz konusu toplumlar bir yandan eğitim-öğretim hayatlarını gözden geçirirken öte yandan kendilerini tarihsel süreç içerisinde ele alma, içinde bulundukları düzeyi anlama ve ileri olanla karşılaştırma gibi bir dizi faaliyet içine girmeye de yöneltmektedirler. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nden evvel büyük bir maziye sahip olan Osmanlı Devleti!nin eğitim sistemini anlama çabaları hem günümüz eğitim düzeyi ile mukayese yapmaya hem de varılmış olan seviyeyi ölçmeye yarayacaktır. Araştırmaya konu olarak seçtiğim son dönem Osmanlı Harput(Elazığ) ve Dersim(Tunceli) Uleması ile yerel tarih çalışmalarına, ülke ve bölgenin eğitim ve kültür hayatıyla ilgili çalışmalara katkıda bulunmayı amaçlıyorum.. Numerous advantages that the societies based upon the power of knowledge experience force developing countries and those aware of leaving behind to be interested in this field rapidly. These societies, while revising educational experiences, oblige themselves to be involved in certain activities such as dealing in historical process, comprehending the current level, and comparing it with the advanced one. The efforts to understand the educational system of Ottoman Empire that has a great history before Turkish Republic will be beneficial to measure both the comparison with present educational level and the level reached so far. I aim at contribution to local historical studies and those related to the educational and cultural lives of the region through 'Late Period Ottoman Harput(Elazığ) and Dersim(Tunceli) Ulama' that I have chosen for the subject of my Master Thesis.
