Ağır iş yükü ile iş-aile çatışması arasındaki ilişki ve bu ilişkide yönetici desteğinin aracılık rolü

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı ağır iş yükü ve iş-aile çatışması arasındaki ilişkide yönetici desteğinin aracı etkisinin incelenmesidir. Oluşturulan model ve hipotezlerin test edilmesine yönelik olarak Türkiye'de bir devlet üniversitesinde çalışan araştırma görevlileri evren olarak belirlenmiştir. 401 araştırma görevlisinden anket tekniği kullanılarak elde edilen veriler SPSS 22 ve AMOS 20 programları kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda ağır iş yükünün iş-aile çatışması üzerinde olumlu, yönetici desteği üzerinde olumsuz bir etkisinin olduğu, yönetici desteğinin ise iş-aile çatışması üzerinde olumsuz bir etkisinin olduğu ve son olarak ağır iş yükü ve iş-aile çatışması arasındaki ilişkide yönetici desteğinin kısmi aracı etkisinin bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the mediator effect of executive support in the relationship between work overload and work-family conflict. In order to test the model and hypotheses created, the research assistants working in a state university in Turkey were identified as the universe. The data set, obtained from 401 research assistants were analyzed by using SPSS 22 and AMOS 20 programs. As a result of the analyzes, it is found that the work overload has a positive effect on the work-family conflict and had a negative effect on supervisor support, the supervisor support has a negative effect on the work-family conflict, and finally positive supervisor support has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between work overload and work-family conflict.
