Minhac-ı Rumat (Giriş-metin-dizin)

Bu çalışma, Mehmed Emin Vahîd Paşa'nın 19. yüzyılda yazdığı Minhâc-ı Rumât adlı eserin Latin harflerine transkripsiyonlu aktarımı, dil incelemesi, metin ve dizin bölümünden oluşmaktadır. Minhâc-ı Rumât'ta Osmanlı Devleti döneminde yaşamış ve İstanbul Okmeydanı'nda menzili olan, bu menzillerde taş diken ve menzillere ok atan kemankeşlerden bahsedilmiştir. Yapılan çalışma Giriş, Metin, Dil İncelemesi ve Dizin olmak üzere dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde, Mehmed Emin Vahîd Paşa ve Minhâc-ı Rumât ile ilgili bilgiler yer almaktadır. Dil incelemesi bölümünde metnin imla özellikleri, ses ve şekil bilgisi metinden örneklerle anlatılmıştır. Metin bölümünde nesih yazı türü ile oluşturulan el yazmasının Latin harflerine transkripsiyonlu çevirisi bulunmaktadır.

This study consists of transcription of the work written by Mehmed Emin Vahîd Pasha in the 19th century, Minhâc-ı Rumât into Latin letters, language analysis, text and index section. Kemankeş, who lived in the period of Ottoman Empire in Minhâc-ı Rumât and has a range in Istanbul Okmeydanı, who sew stones at these ranges and shoots arrows at these ranges, are mentioned. The study consists of four chapters: Introduction, Text, Language Analysis and Index. In the introduction, there is information about Mehmed Emin Vahîd Pasha and Minhâc-ı Rumât. In the language analysis section, spelling features of the text, sound and morphology are explained with examples from the text. In the text section, there is a transcriptional translation of the manuscript created with nesih type. In the index section, all the words and word groups of the work, which is translated into Latin letters, the language of the words and their meanings in the text are given alphabetically. The directory is prepared grammatically.
