Eko okul programı uygulanan okullarda görevli öğretmenlerin eko okul programına ilişkin görüşleri

Bu çalışma, eko-okul programı uygulanan okullarda görevli öğretmenlerin eko-okul programı hakkındaki bilgi düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesini kapsamaktadır. Ça-lışma 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında Erzincan'da bulunan ve eko-okul programı uygulayan okullarda görevli öğretmen ve yöneticiler ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma nitel araştırma yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiş olup, olgu bilim deseninden faydalanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılarak analizleri değerlendirmeye tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin genel olarak program hakkında yeterli bilgiye sahip oldukları, programı farklı yönleriyle ifade ettikleri ve programdan memnun oldukları görülmüştür. Programın hem öğretmenlere hem de öğrencilere önemli katkılarının olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Öğretmen ve yöneticiler programı yürütme aşamasında karşılaş-tığı sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri de sunmuşlardır. Ayrıca katılımcılar programın uygulamadaki başarısının yanında öğrencilerin, velilerin ve kurumun kazanımlarına da değinmişlerdir.

This study includes the evaluation of the knowledge levels of the teachers working in schools where the Eco-School Program is applied, about the Eco-School Program. The study was conducted with teachers working in schools that implement the Eco-School Program in the province of Erzincan in the 2019-2020 academic year. The study was carried out with a qualitative research method, and the phenomenological pattern was used. A semi-structured interview form was used as a data collection tool. The collected data were transferred to the computer environment and their analyzes were evaluated. In the study, it was observed that teachers generally had sufficient information about the program, expressed the program in different aspects and were satisfied with the program. It was understood that the program made significant contributions to both teachers and students. The teachers also offered solutions to the problems they encountered during the implementation phase of the program. While expressing the success of the program in practice, the teachers also mentioned the achievements of the students, parents and the institution.
