Kur'ân-ı Kerim'de zikredilen doğal âfetler ve insan üzerindeki etkileri

Geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de sıkça meydana gelen doğal âfetler, bizleri aciz bırakmakta ve bizlere büyük zararlar vermektedir. Söz konusu zararların etkisinden kurtulmak ve üstesinden gelebilmek için, âfetler konusunu Kur'ân eksenli bilmek büyük önem arz etmektedir. Kur'ân-ı Kerim'de yıldırım, deprem, ateş, rüzgâr, tufan, sel, kuraklık, çekirge, kurbağa, haşerat, kan gibi doğal âfetler zikredilerek sebep ve sonuçlarından bahsedilmektedir. Âyetlerde geçen âfetlerle ilgili kelimeler ve kıssalar incelenerek, doğal âfetlerin sebepleri; "insan sorumluluğu", "imtihan", "ceza" ve "ilâhî ikaz" olmak üzere dört ana başlıkta izah edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Doğal âfet sonuçlarının çok ağır olması sebebiyle, henüz meydana gelmeden önce insanları ümitsizliğe sevk etmekte olup, "belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük" gibi çeşitli psikolojik rahatsızlıklara da sebebiyet vermektedir. Âfetler neticesinde, insanların yıllarca emek verip elde ettikleri servetlerinin bir anda yok olması, mağdur olanlarda aşırı üzüntü oluşturmaktadır. İnsanı çaresiz bırakan bu durum için maddi ve manevi alınacak önlemler âyetler ve hadisler ışığında incelenmiştir.

As in the past, natural disasters that occur frequently today leave us powerless and cause great harm to us. It is of great importance to know the issue of disasters in the context of the Qur'an in order to get rid of the effects of these damages and to overcome them. In the Qur'an, natural disasters such as lightning, earthquake, fire, wind, deluge, flood, drought, grasshoppers, frogs, insects and blood are mentioned and their causes and consequences are mentioned. By examining the words and stories about the disasters in the verses, the causes of natural disasters are tried to be explained under four main headings: "human responsibility", "test", "punishment" and "divine warning". Due to the severe consequences of natural disasters, they lead people to despair before they occur and cause various psychological disorders such as "intolerance of uncertainty". As a result of disasters, people's wealth, which they have worked for years, is suddenly destroyed, and the victims are also very sad. The material and spiritual measures to be taken for this situation, which leaves people helpless, are examined in the light of verses and hadiths.
