Okul yöneticilerinin görüşlerine göre koronavirüs pandemi sürecinde eğitimin kaos kuramı ve hesap verebilirlik ilkesi bağlamında incelenmesi

Tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de ilk Covid-19 pandemi vakasının görülmesiyle toplum hayatının birçok alanı bu kaotik süreçten ciddi anlamda etkilemiştir. Bu alanlardan ve sistemlerden birisi de eğitim olmuştur. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Covid-19 pandemi sürecinde okullarda yaşanılan süreçleri kaos kuramı bağlamında incelemek ve kaos ile kaosun sonuçlarını hesap verebilirlik ilkesinin alt boyutlarınca ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma nitel araştırma modelinde ve olgubilim (fenomenoloji) deseninde bir çalışma olup, bu çalışma çerçevesinde 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Erzincan ili merkez ilçesinde bulunan ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise kademelerinde görev yapmakta olan 16 okul yöneticisi ile görüşme gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile toplanan veriler betimsel analiz tekniği kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.

As in the whole world, with the first case of Covid-19 pandemic in our country, many areas of social life have been seriously affected by this chaotic process. One of these areas and systems has been education. The purpose of this research is to examine the processes experienced in school organizations during the Covid-19 pandemic process in the context of chaos theory and to reveal the chaos and the results of chaos in the sub-dimensions of the principle of accountability. The study is a study in qualitative research model and phenomenology design, and within the framework of this study, interviews were conducted with 16 school administrators working at primary, secondary and high school levels in the central district of Erzincan province in the 2021-2022 academic year. The data collected with the semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique.
