Bozöyük kazası Temettuat Defteri'nin transkripsiyonu ve değerlendirmesi

Bu çalışma Bozöyük Kazâsı'nın iktisadi, idari ve sosyal yapısını ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın ana kaynağını H. 1260 / 1261 M. 1844-1845 yılları arasında Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivi'ndeki 02810 numaralı Bozöyük Kazâsı temettuât defteri oluşturmaktadır. Bu defterde bölge halkının demografik, idari sosyal ve ekonomik yapısı hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. Ayrıca bu çalışmada Bozöyük kazâsında yaşayan halkın emlâk, arazi, hayvanât ve temettuât bilgileri de ele alınmıştır. Bozöyük kazâsı temettuât defterini anlamak için öncelikle bölgenin nüfusu, tarihi ve idari yapısı üzerinde durulmuş ve kazânın temettuât defterine değinilmiştir. Çalışma giriş, dört bölüm ve sonuç kısımlarından oluşmaktadır. Bozöyük Kazası'nın hayvancılık faaliyetlerinin yoğun bir şekilde yapıldığı ve bunun yanında az da olsa tarımla ilgili faaliyetlerde de çalışıldığı görülmektedir. Her haneye önemli oranda gelir ve hayvan düşmektedir. Köyde yerleşik hiçbir gayrimüslim bulunmamaktadır. Bozöyük Kazası Temettuat Defteri o günkü Osmanlı Devleti'nin yerleşik yapısını çok iyi yansıtan örneklerden birini teşkil etmektedir. Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı Osmanlı Arşivi'nde bulunan Bozöyük Kazâsı Temettuât Defterleri günümüz Türkçesine transkript edilmiş, tablolar oluşturulmuş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bilgilerin incelenmesi ile Bozöyük Kazâsı'nın tarihi ve idari yapısı hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Bozöyük Kazâsı'nda bulunan köylerdeki haneler incelenerek aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Köyde yerleşik hiçbir gayrimüslim bulunmamaktadır. Defterde mahallelerin sosyo-ekonomik yapısı 1844-1845 tarihli Deftere göre halkının tamamı Müslüman olup "mahalle ekonomisi" hâkim olan tipik bir 19. yüzyıl Osmanlı yerleşim bölgesidir. This study was carried out in order to reveal the economic, administrative and social structure of Bozöyük district. The main source of this study is the Bozöyük country temettuat register numbered 2810 in the Ottoman archives of the presidency of state archives between the years H. 1260 / 1261 M. 1844- 1845. In this book, information is given about the demographic, administrative, social and economic structure of the people of the region. In addition, in this study, the real estate, land, zoo and temettuat information of the people living in Bozöyük district were also discussed. In order to understand the Bozöyük district temettuat register, first of all, the population, history and administrative structure of the region were emphasized and the temettuat register was mentioned.The study consists of introduction, four chapters and conclusion. The important results reached in the study were as follows: It is seen that livestock activites are intensely carried out in Bozöyük district and besides this, agricultural activities are also carried out, albeit a little. Income and livestock decline to a significant extent for each household. Bozöyük district Temettuat Register is one of the examples that reflects the settled structure of the Ottoman State of that day very well. The Temettuat Notebooks of Bozöyük District in the Ottoman Archives of the Presidency of State Archives were transcribed into today's Turkish, tables were created and evaluated. The structure of the villages was examined and in the light of this information, the socio-economic structure of Bozöyük District was tried to be examined.
