Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik bölümü lisans öğrencileri bağlamında akademik psikolojik sermayenin kurulumu

Bu çalışmada Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik bölümü öğrencileriyle çalışılan Akademik Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeğinin kurulumu ve bu ölçeği yordayan değişkenleri saptamak amaçlanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında alan yazın taranıp 51 maddelik soru havuzu oluşturulmuştur. 6 uzman öğretim üyesinin uzman görüşüne sunulup gerekli düzeltmeler yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla uygun örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen ilk çalışma grubunu üç üniversiteden Psikolojik Danışmanlık ve Rehberlik (PDR) lisans bölümünden toplam 317 öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. İlk çalışma grubundan elde edilen verilerin faktör analizi yapıldıktan sonra Erzincan Binali Yıldırım Üniversitesinin PDR lisans öğrencilerinden toplam 214 öğrenciye uygulanıp doğrulayıcı faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Geliştirilen ölçekte soru havuzundaki 51 sorunun açıklayıcı faktör analizi yapılıp soru sayısı 20'ye düşürülmüştür. Bu 20 soru ise öz-yeterlilik, umut, iyimserlik ve dayanıklılık olmak üzere 4 alt boyut oluşturmaktadır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) sonucunda elde edilen Ki-kare ve serbestlik derecesi değerlerinin χ2= 381.944, (sd= 166, p<.01) olduğu ve χ2/sd= 2.30 oranının elde edildiği görülmektedir. DFA sonucunda ise uyum değerleri SRMR= 0.055 olarak bulunmuştur. Daha sonra geliştirilen bu ölçeğin düzeyini yordayan değişkenlerini belirlemek için iki tür kümeleme analizi, bir de lojistik regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda il merkezinde yaşayan ve üst sosyo-ekonomik düzeyde yer alan PDR Lisans Öğrencilerinin yüksek APS'ye düzeyine sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuç bireylerin içsel dünyasında zorluklarla başa çıkma ve iyi oluş çabası anlamına gelen akademik psikolojik sermayesinin oluşmasında önemli katkısı olduğu şeklinde yorumlanmıştır.

In this study, it was aimed to establish the Academic Psychological Capital Scale studied with the students of the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department and to determine the variables that predict this scale. In the collection of data, a 51-item question pool was created by scanning the literature. It was presented to the expert opinion of 6 expert lecturers and necessary corrections were made. For this purpose, the first study group determined by convenient sampling method consists of 317 undergraduate students from the Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR) undergraduate programs from three universities. After the factor analysis of the data obtained from the first study group was made confirmatory factor analysis was applied to a total of 214 students from Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University's PCG undergraduate students. In the developed scale, explanatory factor analysis of 51 questions in the question pool was made and the number of questions was reduced to 20. These 20 questions constitute 4 sub-dimensions: self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience. Chi-square and degrees of freedom values obtained as a result of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were found to be χ2= 381.944, (sd= 166, p<.01) and a ratio of χ2/sd= 2.30 was obtained. As a result of CFA, the fit values were found to be SRMR= 0.055. Two types of cluster analysis and one logistic regression analysis were used to determine the variables that predicted the level of this scale. As a result of the research, it was determined that the PDR Undergraduate Students living in the city center and in the upper socio-economic level have a high APS level. The result has been interpreted as indicating a significant contribution to the formation of academic psychological capital, which refers to individuals' efforts to cope with challenges and strive for well-being in their inner world.
