Yalın üretim ve yapay zeka teknikleri ile üretim süreçlerinin analizi ve iyileştirilmesi

İşletmeler, günümüz küreselleşen dünyada artan maliyetler ve dijitalleşme sonucu değişen rekabet koşullarına karşı ayakta kalabilmek için karşılaştıkları çeşitli sorunlara etkin çözümler üretip karar vermek zorundadırlar. Bu bağlamda Tedarik Zincirini doğru yönetmek çok önemlidir. Sürprizlerle karşılaşmamak, maliyetleri önceden belirleyip öngörmek ve bu öngörüleri tutarlı kılmak tahmin ile mümkün olur. Talep tahminlerinin yüksek doğrulukla elde edilmesi, tüm tedarik zinciri yönetimi süreçlerinin başarısı için kilit bir faktördür. Bu çalışmada içecek sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletme ele alınmıştır. Firmanın 2018-2021 satış verileri ele alınarak araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. İlk aşamada yalın üretim teknikleri ile mevcut durum analizi yapılarak iyileştirmeler sunulacaktır. Talep tahmini ile gelecek durumu tahmin ederek süreçleri daha etkin planlamak hedeflenecektir.

In today's globalizing world, businesses have to produce effective solutions and decide on various problems they encounter in order to survive against the changing competitive conditions as a result of increasing costs and digitalization. Lean Manufacturing is defined as a production system in which there are no unnecessary steps in the organization, the cost is low, the error is low, the stocks are zero, the improvement and customer satisfaction are kept at the highest level. The organization that implements the lean production technique increases its profitability, increases its efficiency, quality and speed. In this context, it is very important to manage the Supply Chain correctly. It is possible to avoid surprises, to predict and predict costs, and to make these predictions consistent with forecasting. Obtaining demand forecasts with high accuracy is a key factor for the success of all supply chain management processes. In this study, a business operating in the beverage sector is discussed. The 2018-2021 sales data of the company were taken into consideration and included in the research. In the first stage, improvements will be presented by analyzing the current situation with lean production techniques. It will be aimed to plan processes more effectively by predicting the future situation with demand forecasting.
