Mir Yakup Mehdiyev'in Beynelmilel Siyasette Petrol isimli kitabının tercümesi ve değerlendirilmesi

20. yüzyılın başlarında Azerbaycan petrol üreticilerinin, dünyanın ilk ticari petrol kolonisini Texas vilayetinde kuran ABD'den bile daha fazla petrol istihsal ettiği dönemler olmuştur. Azerbaycan petrol endüstrisine tarihî perspektifte bakarak 1928 yılında İstanbul Orhaniye Matbaasından neşir olunan Beynelmilel Siyasette Petrol kitabı, yayınlandıktan çok kısa bir süre sonra Fransızca, İngilizce, Çince ve Rusçaya çevrilmiştir. 1992 yılında Azerbaycan Türkçesine çevirilen Mir Yakup Mehdiyev'in "Beynelmilel Siyasette Petrol" kitabı, Azerbaycan İstiklal Mücahidi Mehmet Emin Resulzâde'nin İstanbul'da Milli Azerbaycan Neşriyatı adı altında yayınladığı serinin dokuzuncu kitabıdır ve kitabın önsözü de Resulzade tarafından kaleme alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, 1928 yılı ve öncesine ait Azerbaycan petrollerinin tarihi, petrolün işletilmesi, dünya siyasetine etkisi, başta Fransa, İngiltere ve Amerika olmak üzere dünya devletlerinin güçlenmekte olan Rusya'ya karşı Azerbaycan ve Gürcistan devletleri özelinde yürütülen siyasi faaliyetleri gibi konuları anlatan bu kitabın tercümesi ve değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. There were periods in the early 20th century when Azerbaijani oil producers produced more oil than even the United States, which established the world's first commercial oil colony in the province of Texas. The book Oil in International Politics, published by Istanbul Orhaniye Printing House in 1928, looking at the Azerbaijani oil industry from a historical perspective, was translated into French, English, Chinese and Russian very soon after its publication. Mir Yakup Mehdiyev's book "Oil in International Politics", translated into Azerbaijani Turkish in 1992, and it's the ninth book of the series published by Azerbaijani independence hero "Mehmet Emin Resulzade"under the name of National Azerbaijan Neşriyat in Istanbul and the foreword of the book was written by Resulzade. In this study, it is aimed to transcribe and evaluate the work, which describes issues such as the history of Azerbaijani oil before 1928, the exploitation of oil, its impact on world politics, and the political activities of world states, especially France, England and America, against the growing Russia, especially the states of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
