Türkiye'de Relifex film tablet adı altında satılan ve non-steroidal antienflamatuvar etkili, romatoid artrit ve osteoartrit tedavisinde endike bir bileşik olan nabumetonun preparatlardaki miktarlarının tayini için yeni yöntemler geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada, HPLC, HPTLC, 1H-NMR ve LC/MS yöntemleri olmak üzere dört yeni yöntem geliştirilmiş ve bulunan yöntemler ticari tabletlere uygulanmıştır. Dört ayrı yöntemin sonuçları istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiş ve kendi aralarında hassasiyet, çabukluk, kolay uygulanabilirlik ve ekonomik yönden karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Geliştirilen bu yeni yöntemler günümüzde rutin analizlerde uygulanan UV yönteminden daha hassas ve daha iyidir. Bu çalışmayla, ilaç sanayinde ve ilaçların piyasa ile ruhsat aşamasındaki kontrollerinde teknolojinin yakından takip edilmesi gerekliliği açıkça ortaya konulmaktadır. Kantitatif ilaç analizlerinde daha kesin sonuç veren, kolaylıkla uygulanabilen ve insan hatasının en aza indirgendiği yeni cihazları kullanmak ve birlikte getirdikleri modern teknolojilerle analizleri gerçekleştirmek kaçınılmazdır.

The purpose of this study is to determine the use of Pharmaceutical chemistry science in pharmacy education and to emphasize its importance for pharmacy. The survey method was used in the research. The audience participating in the research consists of some of the students of Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University Faculty of Pharmacy (4th and 5th grade) in Erzincan and pharmacists participating in the survey on the social platform. The questionnaire consists of questions I personally prepared and includes multiple choice answers. Requirements for those participating in the research: have taken a course in Pharmaceutical chemistry and worked or working in the pharmacy. As a result of the answers given by the pharmacists and pharmacist candidates who participated in the questionnaire, it was seen that Pharmaceutical chemistry information was used from the clarification of the structure of the drug to the design of the pharmacy and even to the policies of drug trading.

Pharmacists have an important role in family planning and emergency contraception. The objective of this study was to evaluate the approaches and levels of knowledge of pharmacy staffs which are working in central pharmacies in Erzincan province. In Erzincan province, 44 pharmacies were evaluated. In the study, the questionnaire was completed in 20 pharmacies and answered by pharmacists and pharmacy staff. The questionnaire was consists of three different parts, In the first part, the expressions related to sociodemographic characteristics, in the second part the expressions related to family planning, in the third part the expressions related to emergency contraception and questions about the level of knowledge and thoughts. The survey was carried out in 17 pharmacies voluntarily. In 71.7% of pharmacies, pills and condoms, 98.3% of the family planning methods requested by the patients were hormonal pills and condoms. The rate of emergency contraception answer was 50%. Emergency contraception awareness and family planning counselling services were found to be insufficient. In order to increase the knowledge level of pharmacists and pharmacy workers and to improve their counselling skills, training should be implemented and participation incentives should be increased.

Erzincan tulum peynirinde standart bir üretim tekniğinin olmaması, piyasada farklı kalite ve lezzette peynirlerinolmasına sebep olmaktadır. Bu peynir çeşidine özgü niteliklerin bilimsel yöntemlerle incelenerek, standartpeynirin belirlenmesi ve kantitatif analize uygunluğu araştırılmıştır. Artan üretim ihtiyacından dolayı tulumpeyniri üretim aşamalarında yabancı madde kullanımı ihtimali ortaya çıkmaktadır. Eğer yabancı maddekullanımı varsa bunlardan öne çıkanı oldukça düşük maliyetinden dolayı nişastadır. Ayrıca başka yabancımadde varsa bunların tespiti yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada çeşitli spektroskopik yöntemler kullanılarak Erzincanyöresinde ticari amaçla üretilen ve piyasaya sürülen tulum peynirlerinin standartlara uyup uymadığı kontroledilmiştir.
