Özet
Traff ickers are prof it by the agency f irm while conduntingoperational activities related to business establisments. Despite thereare reasons about ending this relationship Agency relationship is relateswith the intetion of durablity.The new Turkish Commercial Code No. 121 of No: 6102 isregulated the reasons f or the termination of the agency contract.According to this regulation, the reasons of termination an agencycontract are the end of the period, notice of termination, cogent grounds,bankruptcy, death, restiriction and when other reasons are available.
